DIRECTIONS



West on Route 25 If you are traveling west on route 25, you must pass the Smithhaven Mall, cross over route 347, and proceed for approximately 3 miles. We are on the left hand side after St. Patrick’s Church. Make a left onto Hemlock and a right into our parking lot. The parking lot is in the back of the building. East on Route 25 If you are traveling east on route 25, you will cross over route 111. At the 2nd traffic light, make a right onto Hemlock. The parking lot is on the right in the back of the building.

Veterans Memorial Highway, Route 454, LIE, Route 495 If you are traveling from Veterans Memorial Highway, route 454, or from the LIE, route 495, exit onto route 111 north. Take route 111 north to Middle Country Road (route 25/ Jericho Turnpike). Please note, at Hauppauge High School, route 111 bears to the left. When you reach route 25, there will be a diner on the left and a brick building on your right. Make a right on route 25, Middle Country Road. Make a right at the second traffic light onto Hemlock. The parking lot is on the right in the back of the building.

Southern State Parkway to Sagitkos Parkway North If you are traveling on the Southern State Parkway, exit on to the Sagtikos Parkway north to the Northern State Parkway east. Travel the parkway to the end. Stay in the middle lane. At the fork, stay on your left, and continue to route 347. Stay in the right lane, exit on to route 111 north. Take route 111 north to Middle Country Road (route 25 east/ Jericho Turnpike). There will be a diner on the left and a brick building on your right. Make a right on to Middle Country Road and at the second traffic light make a right onto Hemlock. The parking lot is on the right in the back of the building.

Southern State Parkway to Sunken Meadow North If you are traveling on the Southern State Parkway to Sunken Meadow North, take SM3E (Jericho Turnpike). Make right (Friendly’s on left gas station on right). Follow Jericho Turnpike (Middle Country Road/ route 25) for 5 or 6 miles. After you cross over route 111 (Millennium Diner on right, white church and library on left), we are on the right hand side- make a right at the second light onto Hemlock. The parking lot is on the right in the back of the building.
